This is my hair journey with thermal reconditioning. I have thick Afro textured hair. I would say its a 4a/4b. I have had thermal reconditioning for about one year now and I love it! I would honestly describe it as the magic cream I have been waiting for all my life! I can now say I am a reformed product junkie because I finally found what I had been looking for. I hope my story inspires those ladies with virgin hair to give it a try!
How do you manage new growth ? I have had a TR for one year and I am noticing some breakage after the second month following a touch up. The breakage occurs mainly where I part my hair. I am using protein treatments. Apoghee 2 step. I have been wondering if a thio relaxer applied between TR touch ups would loosen my curl and allow for longer stretching without the breakage ?
how is your hair drying natrual now that its been a few weeks after your treatment?? Does it still dry as nice??

ReplyDeleteThermal Reconditioning is permanent so my processed hair will also dry like the picture. It is truly salon looking hair, wash and go every day!
